This week, our Montachusett Home Care team will say goodbye to Chief Executive Officer, Christina Foley Cassidy who is retiring and heading south to enjoy the sunny state of Florida. Chris brought many years of experience in elder services to her leadership role at MHCC.
Chris reflected on her time at Montachusett Home care – “I have held many positions in my career, but my role at MHCC has by far been my favorite. The incredible work this team does and the passion they bring to work every day inspires me. Each day this team goes above and beyond to ensure that the seniors and adults with a disability in our area are safe, and living their best life. I am a better person for having worked with this organization.”
Long-time Chief Financial Officer, Lori Richardson, said, “I’ve had the opportunity to work with many people in my time here at Montachusett Home Care. It has truly been a privilege to work with a leader who is consumer-focused, employee-focused and mission-focused. I can speak confidently that she made a difference and will be missed.
Staff will honor Chris with a lunch on Friday, December 14. All of us at Montachusett Home care wish Chris a wonderful retirement and thank her for her support of staff and those we serve.
