Here is what we are doing:
- Monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health
- Communicating with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and our 21 municipal partners, to stay up to date on local needs and concerns
- Implementing infection control practices with our staff. Our case managers and nurses work remotely so as to more effectively meet the needs of our consumers.
- Identifying our most vulnerable consumers, and working to ensure back-up plans for care and meal delivery
